Our Senior Leadership Team, led by Principal Suzanne Lindley, brings deep experience and bold vision to every part of school life. With a shared commitment to innovation, inclusion, and student wellbeing, this team is shaping the future of flexible education — and guiding MVA forward.



Suzanne leads the way as Principal at MVA. With extensive experience in schools in the UK and internationally, she is responsible for shaping the quality of MVA's education, which includes leading our teaching and mentoring team, having daily contact with our students and their families, and directing our unique curriculum. Her favourite subject at school was divided between English Literature and PE.



Harry leads MVA’s Gulf Community as Vice Principal Middle East. With over 20 years of experience in international schools across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, and recently at GEMS International School in Dubai, he focuses on creating a supportive and culturally aware environment for families in the GST time zone. Harry works closely with students and parents, building strong connections through mentoring, live lessons and in person events. His favourite subject at school was Drama, which became the foundation of his early teaching career.



Jack has been teaching for the last 6 years, three as a Senior Pro Tutor at Minerva Tutors. Throughout his Minerva career, Jack has worked in home-schooling roles teaching Maths and Science, as well as mentoring students aged 14-18, and has totalled a staggering 5000+ worth of teaching hours, with at least half of those being online. Recently, Jack created a series of live follow-along experiments as a part of "Minerva Tutors TV", which saw students all over the UK beating lockdown boredom by creating everything from insect habitats to rocket launches!



Rebecca is a Senior school Leader with over 15 years’ teaching experience in some of London’s top secondary schools. Her roles have included Teacher of English Language and Literature, Head of Department, Head of Year, Deputy Safeguarding Lead, and Assistant Principal. Following early graduate roles in broadcast media and theatre production, Rebecca began her 15-year teaching career teaching English Language and Literature to all secondary Key Stages, later specialising in A Level. Rebecca is firmly committed to the importance of pastoral care and wellbeing in education.



Dominique has been involved in education since her first part-time job at age 16, when she was a Maths tutor for Kumon Maths. Since then she has constantly been involved in teaching and tutoring, including two years in South Korea. For the last 10 years she has taught Maths in a top academy in London, spending the last 5 years as Head of Maths.



Emma has worked in education for nearly three decades which have taken her to four different school settings. The most recent three schools have all been judged 'outstanding' by Ofsted and have consistently achieved results well above the national average at GCSE and A level and have been praised for their safeguarding and pastoral provision. Her route through education has taken Emma from classroom teacher to Head of Faculty; from Head of Year to Assistant Head (pastoral) and most recently as Deputy Head (safeguarding) at a large, mixed secondary school in SW London.
At MVA, every student is supported by expert subject teachers and a dedicated personal mentor. Our teachers bring deep knowledge and real-world experience to every lesson, while our mentors guide, encourage, and check in regularly — making sure no student ever feels lost or left behind.

Sarah integrates her passion for English and Drama with 19 years of teaching experience. Having served in roles like Deputy Head of English and Head of KS3 Drama, she has cultivated her forte in guiding students to exceed their potential. Living in diverse countries over the last fifteen years from the Caribbean to Milan and Dubai has enriched her teaching and ability to adapt and appreciate diverse cultures . Now, as an MVA mentor, Sarah thrives on developing a love for learning while ensuring each student builds confidence in themselves and their abilities to move towards the next stage in their journey.

Emma has been teaching various schools across the UK and Ireland for the past 9 years, she is currently studying a masters in Animal Welfare and conservation as this is a keen interest of hers and she believes it is important to look after the animals and plants in the world that we live in! She has experience with a number of different courses such as AQA, edexcel iGCSE and the Nutfield course. She also has a keen interest in the DofE program and is a qualified supervisor and assessor for all levels of the award. She has participated in many different expeditions around the UK.

Fiona has taught in independent schools in Oxfordshire for the majority of her career, most recently as Director of Studies. She has experience of teaching a variety of subjects from Religious Studies to Computing, having a particular interest in Python coding. Throughout her career, she has always enjoyed the pastoral side of teaching, supporting students with their studies and their well-being, and watching them grow and develop throughout their time in school. In her last post she had responsibility for implementing online learning during lockdown, receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from parents, pupils, staff and school governors.

Debbie holds a Phd in Social Research, and has lectured in the fields of Sociology and Health Studies. She has tutored on A Level and GCSE courses, and worked as a lecturer of Sociology and Academic Skills on the Access to Higher Education Diploma. She has a keen interest in student support, previously working as a personal tutor, supporting students returning to education and providing guidance on university applications. Debbie has also won an Inclusive Teaching award from the Open University. As an MVA mentor, she is passionate about supporting students throughout their learning journeys.

Claire has taught both in the UK and internationally in a range of contexts across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East exploring diverse teaching and learning techniques. She was selected to train non-specialist teachers in Physics by the Institute of Physics and has written several GCSE Physics resources published in the UK. When not in the classroom you will often find her swimming, gaming, or planning her next travel adventure.

Louise has taught in internationally renowned schools across the globe. Louise comes to teaching from a background supporting adolescents in the UK's largest psychiatric-inpatient unit. Prior to teaching, Louise provided a key support to both adults and children suffering acute psychiatric illness, her skills in this area have allowed Louise to gain a real-life perspective on Clinical psychology, a key area of teaching at Minerva. Louise is highly trained in the application and assessment of IB, Cambridge and with a particular specialism in Edexcel Psychology. She has previously led outstanding departments in both Psychology and Humanities.

Her background in media and her advocacy for inclusive and compassionate education systems have profoundly influenced national dialogues around education.






Al Kingsley MBE, CEO of NetSupport, Chair of a Multi-Academy Trust, and a leading global voice in EdTech. Al has been recognised widely, receiving an MBE for services to education, ISC Research "Edruptor" 2025, Edufuturist of the Year 2023, and Inspirational Leader at the BESA 2023 awards. His internationally acclaimed books include "My Secret #EdTech Diary" and "The Awkward Questions in Education," reflecting his extensive expertise and impact in education technology.






Durgan Cooper is a renowned cybersecurity expert and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cyber resilience, and national defence. A Specialist Reserve Officer in the British Army, he supports national cyber defence efforts and advises governments and critical infrastructure operators on securing complex digital environments.

Euan MacLean, Founder and CEO of &Parents, specialises in fostering meaningful collaboration between schools and families.
